Welcome to the Raven Interior Design website. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are governed by UK law and protect both you as the user and us as the service provider.
Services
We offer bespoke interior design packages tailored to your needs. Specific deliverables will be agreed upon before a project begins.
Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to confirm your chosen design package.

The remaining 25% is payable upon project completion.

Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 14 days of the project start date will result in a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.

If you cancel after the project has begun, the full deposit will be retained.
Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, and materials provided by Raven Interior Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.
Liability
We will not be held liable for:

Delays caused by third parties, including contractors and suppliers.

Damages arising from the misuse of our designs or recommendations.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
